  • Paid Vacation: based on the length of service full time employees are eligible for a paid vacation. Vacations are paid at 40 hours per week at your existing hourly rate
  • Paid Personal Days: Earn 1 personal day per year up to 5 years. For a total of 5 paid personal days. Personal days are paid at 8 hours at your existing hourly rate.
